Don’t trust Zety Plumbers

I hired this company to do two bathrooms and they completed the work. However a day later our pipes started blocking, we found out they blocked our main pipes and when we reported it to the company the owner disappeared. We hired a third party to assess and they saw rubble from the bathroom was in the pipes. We showed the owner pictures of the rubble in our pipes he didn’t even have the courtesy to come and see the damage and provide a solution. We tried calling and communicating with him and he sent ONE of his workers with no tools to look at the pipes that are blocked. The worker could not do work on the pipes, we have been trying to contact him since December 26 and he has been extremely arrogant and shifting blame because he does not want to take responsibility of the mess THEY did. The work they did in our bathrooms is not neat, the tiling is not neat and sealing of areas, I had to call him multiple times to properly seal down the new toilets and seal the shower doors. I won’t ever support this company and this man! They want money for a poor job and damage your home while doing a subpar job.
