I am absolutely furious with the service I received! I did not sign up for a monthly subscription; I only agreed to a one-time R39.95, 14-day trial, which turned out to be completely useless for me. Now, I am being charged R385 without my consent! To make matters worse, I can't even delete my bank account details from your website. This is utterly unacceptable and feels like a blatant ****! Zety is nothing but a *****, and I demand an immediate refund!
