Place is becoming like a shabee yard

What is going on here? Went to makes some purchases, cashiers ignoring customer, chatting loudly as if they on a shabee yard? The place is expensive enough, one would expect service to be on point. When you ask for service, they laugh like they are drunk, are they sampling the wine here?
