New Zetlers - Worse Service

So this morning after a 4th attempt at Zetlers, We once again received bad service as per normal. Zetlers spent so much money renewing the place and one would think that after many moths of being closed that staff would at least receive training. This morning we stopped for coffee and there was nobody to make the coffee and after standing and waiting for at least 5 minutes, I was told the guy who makes coffee is not there in a \It's not my problem tone"The Manager then came out and made the coffee giving me 3 cold cappuccinos. After I told him it was cold he didn't even bother to apologise and just shouted at the staff member to make another cup. REALLY DID YOU THINK I WAS A BEGGER ASKING FOR FOOD OR FREE COFFEE????? I paid for it but clearly you and your staff LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE BIG TIME. NO WONDER YOUR SHOP IS NEVER BUSY. TRY SMILING AND GREETING POLITELY. It works!!!"""
