Guest House ****roach Infestation

On Tuesday 8 November 2022 my boss checked into Zet Zet Guest House in Lusikisiki in the Eastern Cape. Upon her return she informed me that she had the most terrible experience of her life. This is her review she sent to this establishment via whatsapp:

"Evening to whom it may concern. Hope you are well. Last night I booked at your B&B in Lusikisiki, I couldn't believe that when I was sleeping I saw my bed being infested with so many ****roaches; it was plain disgusting. The gentlemen did his best to calm me down and called the supervisor who hung up on him. Why would a supervisor hang up on him? She was so rude and didn't care about my safety and well-being, today I at least expected a call from the management of the BNB just to check up on me and apologise about the incident but none of that came. Anyway, we woke up and some ladies were talking badly about the gentlemen who assisted last night. We were so shocked because the guy didn't do anything wrong to call his supervisor to ask for advice, for me I was disgusting, this is why black businesses fail. I went to google to see reviews about this place - not good things at all. All the best"
