Non-delivery after payment - Zest is a ****

I ordered and paid for branded jackets for my organisation in March. I was told stock would arrive in April. It is now July and despite countless emails, phone calls and follow ups, I have not received anything. Initially I was strung along (stock was delayed, stock was going through customs, etc), but a month and a half ago I was told to expect delivery within a week and since then I've been completely ignored. Calls and emails are not answered. If I hadn't ordered from them in the past I would wonder if the company existed at all. All in all it's looking like I've been ****med.
