DO NOT USE THEM!!
I HATE THEM!!
I made a manual payment a day before the scheduled debit order and I still got charged a penalty fee. Had I not moved my money to another account then I would have been charged double!! Why do we get charged penalty fees if a manual payment was made???!!!

Payments on your account are prescheduled and any manual payments made are unfortunately only allocated 3-5 days after payment reflects (depending on if the correct reference was used). There would be a delay in allocation if manual payment is made a day before as the month-end payment would have already been scheduled. If that payment is unsuccessful, a penalty fee is automatically allocated.
We will send your request on to the finance team to assist with the correct allocation of your payments.
