******* and Incorrect Payment Deal

They can't be trusted, they will add additional amount to the amount due for the month with no clear indication where they get the extra amount. They unreliable and ******. I wanted to pay this month due amount but the app doesn't allow. Then I opt to add a different card but the app won't allow it. Its a struggle. Their system isnt working fine, PayFlex works for me.
