I had a split unit Samsung Air conditioner fitted in November 2015. The installation was unfortunately done by ZERO DEGREES [URL Removed] To start off with, the hole for the piping was drilled incorrectly (not hidden behind the unit) leaving me to fill/seal it with cement and repaint the wall... This was only the beginning of my frustrations... After the 1st \proper"rain fall the water started running down the pipes leaked so badly that it literally looked like a waterfall running down the inside of my bedroom wall damaging carpets and causing damp. I have at 4 occasions made arrangements (to take off work) and meet Mnr. Mathew Laws ***ner/partner/********ter who would personally attend to the issue as a fault on their behalf) at my premises. He does just not even bother to pitch up. Every time I called he apologised and made an excuse then a new arrangement to meet \""till the problem went away\""... But for me it didn't. I just want to warn other consumers to be very careful to never use ZERO DEGREES as they are not even Samsung certified. E.G if you purchase an Air conditioner at Makro (as in my case) and have ZERO DEGREES install it your warranty will be void."""
