Zero Service from Zero Debt
What awful service from a company who claim that they do such a fantastic job! I approached them for assistance, filled out the necessary forms and then ... nothing! When I contacted them to ask whether I was still registered, I received no reply back. From the CEO to the agents in the call centre, nobody could be bothered responding to my correspondence with them. Shameful!
