ZERO DEBT (PTY) LTD VERY UNPROFFESIONAL SERVICE

I went into debt review with Zero Debt in October 2024 due to financial stress. All my creditors are paid on time and never ever have I skipped and instalment. My only reason for going this route was due to the high instalments that left me with nothing at the end of the month. Part of the agreement with Zero Debt is that they inform the creditors to stop deducting money from my *** November 2024 was my first instalment to Zero Debt and to my dismay an extra deduction went of from one of my creditors. I have been contacting Zero Debt since 25/11/2024 regarding this and first in an email and telephone call they promised a refund within 24-48hrs from the creditor as they have been working with the creditor for years and that is their turn around time. Few days later the creditor says no withing 10 days i will get my money. I then ask Zero debt to confirm that the deduction wont happen again and they promise me it wont. I have to constantly ask for an update. I am always the one making contact first and Zero Debt dont feel that my request is important. It is now 14 December 2024 and still no refund received and to my sad and frustrating dismay another payment goes of from my bank account for the same creditor that Zero Debt promised wont happen again. I am a single mother with 3 young children that seeked help with this company and if I had know that I would have to deal with this financial stress from them I could have just continued paying my own accounts.
