Zero customer service
I app**** for assistance as I was going through financial difficulties I was assured by zero that I would receive good service I have now managed to settle my debts and only require a letter stating that all has been paid however all I am getting is the ran around and bad remarks and attitude to go with it I am not really sure if it's my accent that encourages the hurtful remarks like I am harassing zero debt or statement like it's not about me and I need to be patient I made payment in November and now it's January 2018 and I am still waiting for my clearance letter how patient show one be for zero debt to do the right thing by me

All proof was given to you that we only need a Paid Up Letter from Foschini to issue a Clearance Certificate. We are legally bound to have all paid up letters in our possession in order to furnish a Clearance Certificate.
The complaint should have been lodged by you on Foschini (Consumer Friend's) Hello Peter and not with us.
Should you however be able to obtain a paid up letter directly from the store we can also furnish a Clearance Certificate.
We however are still trying to get hold of this document from our side in order to issue you with the requested Clearance Certificate.
