WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I would never ever in my life recommend zero debt to anyone that has debt, rather consult with the bank and make a deal with them. you will get better assistance......

I begin by saying i joined debtbusters in 2016 when i was in debt, goin through a separation at the time i ws in financial struggle as i never had a job, i lost my contract with debt busters, i then got a job and contacted zero debt,

I RECIEVED THE BEST SERVICE WHEN I PAID, THEY TOLD ME THAT I MUST NOT SPEAK TO NO DEBT COLLECTORS, NO BANKS, NO NOTHING!! EVEN AFTER I PAID THEM I STILL GOT CALLS FROM SHERRIFF OF THE COURT, ZERO DEBT TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY THEY ARE WORKING ON IT. THEY SENT ME SATATEMENTS THAT THEY PAID,

after like a few months of paying they tell me to contact MFC, via EMAIL they sent me, as they never even came to an agreement , they didnt even arrange a count date or anything , everything was via email, always to pay extra for this , i told them i only earn x amount. but to save my name i paid. So i reFused to call MFC as "ZERO DEBT" where supposed to fight on my behalf, i got the affidavits for them.

then all was quiet, thinking all is "hunky dory", I then get a call from my mother in law at the time, saying i must come fetch my summons!!! so , zero debt never helped once again, i sent them the summons i recieved from the sherriff, they said they will assist. all was ok . i paid like a gentleman every month, come 14 February 2017 i have the sheriff waiting outside my gate to pick up my car. i told the sherrif thaat i have proofe of payments, ZERO DEBT WHERE PAYING MFC DIRECT AND NOT THE LAWYERS AS THE LAWYERS REJECTED THE OFFER FROM ZERO DEBT. I called zero debt infront of the sherriff and they said i must give them the car, after that they never contacted me,

i stopped paying them after that.

my car got AUCTIONED for less than half the value i owed, i got holf of them and this is what Blanche simmers had to say...

Kindly be advised that after I have went through all the correspondence between you and Natasha , I see that she has advised you that you have to make arrangements to pay the vehicle outside of debt review as the account was already terminated whilst you were with the previous DC and legal action was already in process.

She has also asked our attorneys to intervene , but they also could not assist in this matter so unfortunately there is nothing we can do as to recover your vehicle.

I have phoned Estelle and she has advised that unfortunately you need to pay the settlement amount in order to recover the vehicle.

You can however request what the shortfall will be after they have sold the vehicle and you can then pay it through the debt review process.

i gave up on life till last year, i got hold of them and asked them WHY??? i spoke to blanche and said she was not in that department at the time and i never ever spoke to her!!!! when i called her after i hacked my email to find them as she said they have no record from natashas computer and she kept quiet and i repetedly asked her WHY DID YOU TAKE MY MONEY IF YOU COULDNT HELP ME!!!! WHY DID YOU NOT BE FRANK WITH ME AND SAY TO ME " GIOVANNI I CANT HELP YOU!!! THEY JUST KEPT TAKING MONEYS FROM ME!!!!!!! I WILL BE TAKING ALL THOSE EMAILS TO THE AMBUTSMAN AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT ZERO DEBT PAYS FOR THAT SHORTFALL, IM TIRED OF DEBT COUNCELLORS WALKING OVER US INNOCENT PEOPLE . WE GOT TO THEM FOR HELP, THEY TAKE OUR MONEY AND CANT HELP US!!!! DAMB YOU EVIL PEOPLE!!!!

ZERO DEBT HAS MESSED MY NAME UP!!! YOU WILL PAY AND I WILL FIGHT!!!!
