Where is my money Zero Debt???
This is my 3rd review about zero debt and sadly it gets worse. After all their inefficiencies, it also seems that my money has been taken but not accounted for. I received a statement from a creditor and its doesn't reflect any payments, despite Zero debt having taken my money for 18 months. I have emailed them and called them numerous times to find out what happened but of course im being ignored. Another example of their 'customer service'

Kindly note that you were making payments via a PDA. Zerodebt does not distribute your funds. Kindly give proof to Blanche Allie on which Credit Provider allegedly did not get payments.
