Weak admin

I have joined Zero Debt in 2017 but my application hasn't been finalised with the court. That part I do understand because the attorney tried contacting me. My problem is Zero Debts admin. They never respond to the emails I send them. Details on my forms are incorrect. How am I even sure that this company will resolve my Debt problems if they can't even fix admin errors. I need urgent feedback from them otherwise they will need to make an alternative way for me to change to a different Debt solution that will help me wheb needed.
