VERY DISAPPOINTED & STILL NO RESOLUTION
Initial sign up was friendly and helpful. I paid up all my debt much faster then anticipated but the Zero Debt process has been dragging on. I was paid up early 2020 and I am STILL waiting for my Clearance Certificate - it is now September. My credit profile should have been updated the moment I paid up. All I have been doing is following up with no luck. What am I gaining from all of this?

Clearance was issued on 02 September 2020 after finally receiving the past paid up letter. It is now the Credit Bureaus that must clear your name. They normally take 21 business days.
