Unwilling to help and not responsive.

I contacted them to be put on Debt Review. They were very quick to respond initially to get my details etc. It took more than a month to get them to send me some sort of documents meant for my creditors, and it wasn't even for all my creditors. They asked me to do a stop order on my account for an amount of R 1500, which they needed to show my creditors proof of for peace of mind, never once stating that it is for their account. Most of my creditors have not been contacted by them, and I have queried this and cancelled my Debt Review process and asked for my money back. They are a bunch of thieving ***** who should be put out of business. It's been days since their last feedback and I'm not sure what to do. Consumer Council or Ombudsman???<br> <br> All I want, is my money back, as I already approached my creditors with terms to repay, which they have accepted. And I did it in less time.
