unhappy clients

l joined zero debt 4 month back, the consultant told me about R15000 monthly payment of my debt, l agreed the next thing is R18000 how l dont know. the next thing they send me an email to increase with R4000 on top of R18000 of wich is taking the whole of my salary and my kid's l going to suffer because zero debt is taking all the money that left for my kids to school fees and groceries and other account's that they refuse to cover. I took zero debt because I thought I will be releaved from financial stress not knowing that l was killing myself with mental health. the lady who is responsible for this account when l call her she is no were to be found. when l email her she doesn't respond.charne melan l regret my decision of joining this zero debt.

please if there is a way of escaping this l will without hesitation. because things l worse than before. creditors are terminating their contract with zero debt. am in deep ****. because zero debt they were not fair enough to tell me about all this before l joined.
