They refuse to give you clearance certificate after you send emails received from NCR etc
I have submitted all relevant documents to Zero Debt. The NCR provided me with confirmation that if debt is removed by the credit bureau that I do not need letters to get my debt review removed. Well i have been struggling and speedy loans refuse to give me prescribed debt letters but it was updated at all credit bureaus. They put you under debt review, you take all steps to get off debt review and then they come with all sorts of stories to remove or issue a clearance certificate.
