I also wanted to update you: I visited Capitec, and they informed me that I now qualify for both a credit card and a loan. I did not take a loan, but I did open a credit card with a limit of R1,000. The consultant advised me to use no more than 50% of the limit and to always pay back more than what I use, as this will help boost my credit score faster. I will be following this advice carefully, just as you encouraged me to take things slowly and be smarter this time. This whole experience has been a valuable lesson.

Lastly, the lady assisting me at Capitec passed on her compliments to you and your team. She said it was the first time she had ever heard a client speak so positively about a debt review company. I thought you should know that your professionalism is being recognized even outside your organisation.
