Terrible service

I've been asking for them to send me a clearance certificate as I've paid up my debts by myself, they asked me to send the paid-up letters and with the clothing accounts I couldn't even for the life of me get the letters, I just want a clearance certificate that clears my name, I even asked them to check my credit score there is only one account that has been paid off I'm only waiting for the clearance letter
