struggling to clear my name after debt review with zero debt

I whent under debt review they helped me to keep my head above water but if i didn't make plans to sell my car and get up and out of. debt i would have still be under debt so i completed debt review 7 months back but still my name is not clear of debt review flags a need to upgrade my phone and i cant because of flags on my name i spoke to the lady at zero debt and she just gave me the email address of all the bureaus and said that i must contact them but ii feel that zero debt is responsible to clear your name after debt review
