Stay away for your mental health

I regret joining Zerodebt, three months nothing was fixed between them and another credit provider. From August until October they failed to inform me that the creditor wants to counter offer. I was debited 5300 by PDA and 1550 by credit provider. They promised to negotiate a refund but the credit provider say they can't because they did everything late. I thought this process will ease my problems but it added cause I don't have money for rent, and worse I can't make debt. Please beware before you join them you will end up on streets with your kids. I trusted the process but it landed me in deeper problems and I have to go through mental breakdown. Or go to moshonisa. Stay away my experience has been worse. I mean even when I info them they debited in September they just sat and did nothing and wait for me to come back again and complain that the debit order went off. This thing could have been solved in September on my first complain. I'm strained, stressed without nothing.
