Slow and ***********
They purposefully delay the process even when you tell them before the legal stage that you no longer want to use their services, three months in and now they want monies otherwise they will not remove me from debt review even after I clear my debts, they're radio silent and will never respond to eny emails you send, they won't send you any call recordings when you ask for them either, wonder what their hiding.
