SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED

DO NOT GO FOR DEBT REVIEW UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY! This company gave me terrible after sales service! Did not do their job properly by doing follow ups, I had to do them all. It took days of countless hours trying to sort out MYSELF! They did no follow through! I Very poor service! Staff are rude, they never call back after leaving messages! They quick to sign you up to "help you out"........ but at the end I needed to do all the phoning, ensuring name was clear etc. When I called the owner of Zero Debt, he said "well at least we got the clearance certificate" but according to the law, the creditors have 20 business days to have name cleared, the guys at this company sent to the incorrect address and I HAD TO GET MY NAME CLEARED! Shocked to say the least, and so sad that some people have no consideration and absolutely no client or customer service s****s.
