Quick to take your money, but suck at customer service

<p>When I enquired to sign up with Zero Debt, they were very quick to call me and make all sorts of promises. One of the agents, would call me everyday chasing up on how far I was with the application. I finally decided to apply for debt review with them and after sending back their forms, there was a long silence. No email to confirm receiving my documents, nothing! Then a few weeks later I got confirmation for Johlene Roussow, that only 4 out of 5 of my debit orders were successfully cancelled.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Zero Debt hounds you to sign up with them, even badmouthing other debt releif companies and then once you have sent them forms, they disappear. The debt review process is a delicate case and I would highly suggest that you perhaps look elsewhere. It is rather unfortunate that consumers that need help have to resort to broadcasting Zero Debt's horrible service and then hope that we get some help.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
