Poor service and no results

Stay away from this company, they are supposed to help people in financial difficulty, but they make everything worse. If anyone ever needs to deal with them, make sure you get everything in writing, and not over the phone, because they like to go back on their agreements. Totally unprofessional. When dealing with them and me as a customer have questions, i get told they are frustrated by my questions, as they don't like to repeat themselves (consultant Ilse Rheeders). i think as the customer, if anything is unclear to me, i have the right to ask questions. also make sure you get in writing all your creditors that form part of the debt review, as this also changes as Zero debt sees fit. This was the worst mistake ever to go with this company.
