POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Would I recommend debt reveiw, absolutely! It has disciplined me and four years after being placed under debt review I am debt free. However I would not recommend Zero Debt to any one! They lack customer service and people skills. In 2021 I decided to start paying my creditors directly as they were unhelpful, took 3 - 4 weeks to respond to queries I had to keep following up with them, my profile changed to a new consultant no one had the decency to update me. Since paying my creditors directly my balances quickly came down. I am glad that I no longer need to deal with the consultant who oversaw my profile as she was unprofessional, unhelpful and did not want to assist me with any queries I gave her, she even gave me the run around to sort things out with my creditors because I was no longer paying them for there service, which is fair but I was not receiving much service from them anyway and hence paid my creditors directly. So to any one considering debt review, do your homework and work with a company that has good reputable reviews! Zero Debt are quick and friendly to sign you up but there is no customer service thereafter.
