Pathetic Service
I have been with this debt review company since 2020, and have had nothing but terrible experiences. My installment increased, my bond went into arrears, I received summons, due to negligence on zero debt side, as they didn't acknowledge the grace period granted by FNB home loan. I had to follow up continously to have issue resolved. However, during these 3 years, due to zero debt negligence my bond increased increased from R530 000 to R565 000. I have been requesting a statement from zero debt since March 2023, I have sent emails upon emails and have called numerous times, but with no feedback. It's now the end of October, and I have still notd received a call nor have I received the statement as requested. I have spoken to Haylee and Jamiela on numerous occasions. But they both have still not provided the relevant statement. I was told by FNB that this has to be requested by zero debt, as I have signed up for debt review with them.
To my knowledge the only time a statement will be withheld is if the company has something to hide.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, as I feel they are very misleading. If I do not get answers and a statement by close of business today, I will send a cancelation letter, whether it's accepted or not and I will pay my creditors on my own.
I am extremely ****ed off.
I've looked at the details of your case.
It is, unfortunately out of our hands if you do not co-operate with the Debt Review process as set by The National Credit Regulator and the NCA.
We will send you a private email with the facts of your case.

Zero Debt Management
The response above is so blunt, maybe if your clients were updated during this time, it would not have come to this.
Its been a week now that I have been trying to get balances and it's only now that I'm querying my balances, that I am been told that one of my creditors have withdrawn themself and I need to call them directly to get a settlement, however zero debt still had them listed and was collecting money on they behalf as per my monthly statement. It was also brought to my attention that my bond is in arrears by 11k due to a one month grace period, how on earth do yourll explain this? And a week later still no bond statement, how and why?
Why was I not notified about all this?
Zero Debt service is rather pathetic.

To my surprise, thinking all is in order and I'm making my payment timeously, I've never defaulted, I receive a letter from the sheriff this morning regarding one of my creditors. How does this happen.
@zerodebt, can yourll explain, cause to my knowledge, the reason we sign up for debt review is to avoid all this unnecessary drama. But in my case it's never ending. This is now the second time I've received letters from the sheriff ever since I signed up with yourll.
Please can i have urgent feedback and can yourll get this sorted out.
This kind of service is disgusting.
This company needs to be taken up.
