Non-existent "after sales" service

They do as advertised - pay your debt, without any major hassles from your creditors. However, keep in mind that you are also paying them to do this service. Once I was in a more secure financial position, I started paying off more than the minimum stipulated - that's when things started going awry. You see, the quicker you pay off your debt, the less money they make. Records were continuously outdated. I was then fortunate enough to be gifted a sum of money from a family member which I used to pay off all my outstanding debt, thus shortening my repayment period quite substantially. Unfortunately, this also meant that they would no longer receive any more payments from me - because that's when their service disappeared. I paid off my last creditor 8 months ago and am still waiting for a clearance certificate. When I email them I am told that the consultant was on leave (for 3 months). Apologies abound, assurances are given - nothing gets done!
