No feedback!!

No feedback, No communication, No nothing. -I have sent email to Jamiela on the 25th of August with a query as this is my last installment that needs to be paid, no feedback was received- on the 30th of August another email was sent to follow up, still no feedback. Why do we always have to complain on hello peter before we receive any kind of help? I cant phone during the day that is why i email the "allocated person"who works on my profile.
