NO AFTER CARE SERVICE FROM ZERO DEBT

Zero Debt are quick to sign you up and take your money but there is absolutely NO aftercare. I have been paying a aftercare fee for nearly a year now and I receive NO correspondence from Zero Debt or follow ups. I have had to deal with the ATTORNIES handling my coury application for the last few months, I get no joy from them either, my application still has NOT gone to court. I went onto debt review so I wouldn't have to deal with these things but if I don't follow up I don't get any answers, surely Zero Debt should be corresponding with the ATTORNIES and giving me updates or why am I paying them a after care fee? I expect Zero Debt fo follow up WHY my application has not gone to court and I expect Zero Debt to keep me informed but it's not happening. Is Zero Debt going to refund me the after care fee I have been paying for nearly a year because I have been corresponding with the ATTORNIES TRYING to get answers? I still don't have answers and I am most frustrated, it's not up to me to correspond with the ATTORNIES you appointed, that is the job of the person working with my debt review. I receive NO correspondence, NO updates, NO nothing from Zero Debt, you are handling my debt review so I think it is up to you to follow up and give me feedback and not me trying to get feedback from the ATTORNIES.

Had I known how bad the after care would be I would never have gone with Zero Debt and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They take your money and that's the last you hear from them.
