misleading customers to sign up under false pretense
I got a call from a consultant to reduce my debts, I was interested to listen and understand. she said she need to pull my credit report and see how much instalment I can qualify for, I told her I haven't accepted I still have to make up my mind, she said in the mean time I should sign some documents that enables her to pull my records. I decided I do not want it. she tried to contact me but couldn't' t reach me and she went ahead to process my application without my authority. The form I signed apparently was to give her powers to process, now I am under debts review and I don't now how to get out. when I explain they tell me is too late they already submitted my form. I do not want to be on debts review, stop lying and misleading customers. all I need is for my name to be removed from debt review. please help
