Misleading, bad attitude, pressure.
The are charging way more than other service providers. Once you start dealing with them they will not give you opportunity to back out. They will make your life difficult and not cancel even though you have a cancellation period according to the consumer protection act. They will do ANYTHING for their own good and even get you into more debt that help you to get out. I will stick to my other debt counseling service provider. I do not recommend this company at all.
