Horrible service
<p>Its saddening to exprience such service from companies that are meant to be helping and understanding. I experienced the most deeming and horrible service from Charne Malan. I was reduced to a point where I had to beg her to send me a letter to provide my estate agent because she was unbothered. Charne has no respect for customers I used close to R50 airtime today trying to get her to assist. When she eventually sent the letter it was incorrect after I refused to hang up until she sends it. I waited more than 5 hours for a letter only to receive an incorrect letter.</p>
