False pretenses
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I apl**** for a consolidation loan at Zero Debt. The application was easy and a quote was received and I was happy with the amount. After getting an email to state that I was placed under debt review, i asked if this was still the same application where I app**** for a consolidation loan. Only to be told no this is not consolidation loan but a debt review.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not what I app**** for and I am very disappointed in the lack of feedback after this. </p> <p> </p> <p>I need tot get this debt review status off my name as I did not apply for it. This is impacting my credit rating negatively. </p> <p> </p>
