Excellent Service and Dedication

Hi all the lovely people at Zero Debt Firstly let me just thank all of Zero Debt personnel for their professional service and patience handling my Debt Review.

Here is my experience:

From the word go during my application the consultant contacted me promptly and friendly advised me of the steps that will be taken. My initial payment was 45% less than what I was obliged to pay the Credit Providers directly. So I finally I had money available to cover my living expenses.

After the my application was accepted the Credit Providers still called me and tried to sow doubt in the Debt Review process but I told them to talk to my Debt Counselor. The people that phoned me was from the collections department and there was no communication with the debt review department. Thus the Credit Providers was in the wrong to contact me.

After the proposals were sent to the Credit Provider there were some counter offers. I tightened my belt further to accommodated the counters because it was still less than what I was obliged to pay. The attorneys forwarded me the affidavit to sign, certify and mail it back to them. I did this but couriered it back to ensure that they get it as quickly as possible. Finally I had a granted order were the Credit Providers had to restructure my accounts according to the court order.

When I finally paid up all my accounts I assisted Zero Debt to obtain all the paid up letters as it was for my own benefit. I was issued with a Clearance Certificate but the Credit Bureaus took about 21 days to clear me.

Now I am a creditworthy consumer again with no bad reports against my name. All thanks to ZeroDebt and the Debt Review process. Thank you
