Do Not Use Zero Debt! Zero professionalism.

The absolute worst company to deal with. Not only do I feel cheated out of my money but the lack of professionalism is shocking. When under financial strain and looking for a company to assist in remedying the problem, the last thing you need is a company to make you feel in a worse off position than when you started.

It's been more than a year of going back and forth with Zero Debt and Steyn Attorneys and they are horrible to deal with. The statements don't make sense, money allocations seem incorrect, they do not return emails or calls, they don't follow up or. Follow through, they never told me that for the first two months they would take my entire installment....the list goes on.

They were supposed to investigate a case of reckless lending, after chasing them for months I find that they mixed up the information on the documents and I had to point it out. Terrible service.

Currently looking for another company to assist me. Hopefully a capable company this time.

Do not use Zero Debt!!!
