DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - ZERO DEBT

Guys, you wont believe this. I have made arrangements with a lady Named Rachelle and Miche of Zero Debt. Because of Covid 19 I was not receiving income , and they have given on an email an amount to pay, which I have been paying. Fast forward 2 moths later, I get informed by MFC that I am behind on installments and that they have cancelled my debt review plan. SO now, MFC informed me that Zero debt NEVER made any arrangements with them. Zero debt is taking no accountability for this and just saying they are human and that i shouldn't attack them. They are saying that even though they have made an arrangement with me,(so what is the actual point of making an arrangement then?) that there is no guarantee that the creditor will. They have never informed me that the creditor did not accept the arrangement and confirmed again on an email the amount I should pay. I have asked them on 3 different occasions to escalate the matter, but its not escalated. Do not use this company. They are supposed to assist you and when they fail to do their job, I promise you, you are in for a real ride. This is a shame in such trying times really.
