debt review removal

Hi, Could you please help, as am very upset right away, I have sent 6 e-mails to Zero debt, to be removed from debt review, I Got ZERO Respond from my e-mails. no feedback, no nothing, Please remove me from debt review, I cannot apply for a car, house or loans, as zero debt did not explain that to me. I had to go to google and check 10 REASONS WHY NOT APPLY FOR DEBT COUNSELLING. I need to be removed ASAP and please send me a letter ASAP. Your service is really bad.<br> <br> Regards
