Courts decline Zero Debt application

I have been struggling to get assistance with these guys for years now. I was lured into joining debt review with this company in 2021. I did not sign documents yet i found myself under debt review. I accepted debit orders and everything, only for the the debit order not to go through on my payday. When I tried to manually transfer money, the banks blocked me from doing so. I was unable to pay.

When I enquired as to why Zero Debt did not debit my account, I was told there is no explanation. They told me they can see the debits never went through, due to it being blocked by the banks. Every month it was the same story. They even sent me Emails notifying me of cancelation of their services due to non payment. When I asked them to remove my name from debt review as they never assisted me, I was told I must pay service fees first.

I asked which services would I be paying for exactly, I was sent an invoice. I declined to pay as no service was rendered, they failed to debit my account.

I later found out from an attorney that the reason why the debit order was declined and that I was not able to manually transfer funds was because my debt review application was declined by the courts due to not having all of the relevant paperwork needed by Zero Debt. Zero Debt broke the law by placing me under debt review even though the courts had declined their request due to missing documentation.

I am now stuck with a debt review status and Zero debt will not assist me with the mess they created.
