BRILLIANT SERVICE!!!

Hi All,

With everything going on the way it is, the financial struggle was one I could unfortunately not win. After consulting with my bank and asking for assistance, I was given none. No consideration or any other possible avenues to help in reducing my monthly debt spend was offered. It was at this point that my options were either to not pay my debts in order to put food on the table, thus resulting in a slew of judgment's and listings or seek assistance by undergoing debt review. I had spoken to a fair few debt review institutions and for the most part, it felt like I was a lamb to the slaughter.

I came across the advert for Zero debt on Face Book and submitted my enquiry. The response was and continues to be brilliant. From Adel walking me through the process, being patient with my enquiries, and constantly providing feedback, to Yvonne sorting out my debit order query and now Charne sending a barrage of emails to my creditors and fighting for an outcome that will, I know, be in my favour. I am so grateful for all your help and I feel safe and cared for. You all deserve the biggest compliments and recognition for providing service in an industry where service is mostly scant.

There is an inherent shame in admitting that one cannot meet their financial obligations, with head hung low and furrowed brow, I had to stick out my hand and ask for help. The aforementioned people who assisted me however let me know through their actions that this inherent shame can be done away with and that we all just need someone to help the little guy with a leg up, giving them the opportunity to correct a desperate situation and maybe even one day, be in a position to provide help to those who may need it in the future.
