Bad service. Extremely rude and negligent staff

I have been struggling with Zero debt. Due to negligence on their side and not arranging with one of my creditors, the creditors has cancelled their agreement. Zero debt has accepted this arrangement on email and never arranged with the creditors A new lady named Miche is the most unhelpful, and rude that I have ever dealt with as a client.

She discussed me personally with the creditor and told me that she and this spesific creditor agree that I am rude.

All this frustration I have to deal with daily, without them giving me an actual answer as to why they didn't make an arrangement with the creditors.

Stil awaiting answers to my now escalated query.

Absolutely horrifying experience.
