Bad service

I have the problem with the Zero debts consultant not responding to my emails the name is Haajierah , that's rude and bad service and as I'm been getting calls from creditors , if these no help can i be removed from debt review as I wanted to pay your service fee but no email is been responded and I'm paying my debts
