Bad service

I went under debt review in 2013 with a dedicated debt counselor, but then he left and Zero Debt didn’t notify me or assigned a new counselor to me. At a time I am dealing with 3 different people at a time and they don’t know my history, like I am bi-polar. Emails go unanswered for weeks. Phone calls not return amd queries about statements and creditor balances dont get answered. Ilse Rheedersnis the latest person I am dealing and she has no personal s****s and don’t know how to deal with queries. I am beyond fiustrated and amounts reflected on my statements does not correspond with amounts I get from creditors when I call them myself, and Zero Debt gets ‘upset’ when you do your own inquiries. Honestly, I am at depressed, anxious and not getting the help nor the assistance as they pride themselves on their webpage.
