Bad service

Have been waiting for updated statement since July 2017. The statement that I receive every month reflects incorrect creditors balances which are double or triple of what I'm owing. As a result Zero debt paid one my creditors 4 times after the account was paid up & when I queried Natasha told me there's no refund due from my creditor. Upon investigation I found out she had given me incorrect information & the creditor acknowledged that they need to refund me the over payment. I'm just so disappointed & have lost trust for Zero debt.
