Bad Service

<p>Recently app**** for debt review and was debited because of outstanding documents</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Blanche who advised she will send the documents in an hour and that was around 3 pm</p> <p> </p> <p>I called her again around 16:50 and she promised to do it before end of business being 5 o’clock</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called at 16:10 only to discover that business hours are 8-4 pm and was directected to a telephone mail</p> <p> </p> <p>Really cant believe that the only people who gave me hope for financial freedom are doing this me</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent emails and spoke to numerous people</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
