BAD BAD SERVICE

I went under debt review in 2016 everything was fine I made my monthly payment of R3000 up until last 2019, when I enquiried about how far or how many payments do I have remaining as I want to be out of debt review. When enquiried spoke to a lady by the name of Noxolo who was at least helpful and told me some of the where paid up out of the seven account only 3 of those accounts were actually paid she told consumer friend cancel the other account without my knowledge and without them knowing as well, I then enquiried with consumer friend who on their not helpfully at all spoke to a lady by the name of Chantell Rousseau who I don't actually knows whats going....Noxolo and Chantell both tell me the same story the account when sold to different collection companies which I had to found those companies myself and please note these accounts have accumalated interest and I want zerodebt and consumerfriend to pay these interests,zerodebt and consumer friend have no idea to which companies this accounts were sold....I understand they say the accounts where handed to collections which I fail to understand why they were handed to collections at the first as I was still make payments these accounts, these accounts were handed to collections in 2018 which have proof of that I also send it to Noxolo and Chantell as well. I stop making payment last August as it was pointless me making payment to zerodebt as the will no accounts for them to pay and that what I ask Noxolo before I stopped making payments was that if I continue making payment which accounts would be paid she could not ask me and I pose the same question to Chantell she just referred to back zero debt. Which Absa bank refunded some of the money which the where over paid which was R 9610.81 money I received from the supposedly over paid account is less than R11000 but they keep on tell I must use that money to pay other accounts.....Which by the way I have all the emails since last year as proof all I want is to be removed from debt review for me to pay those accounts themself and also for them to pay the interest that has accumulated from those accounts
