I joined 2018, Thinking they will help and relief my Debt, i have had nothing bad the worst service i have ever experienced in my life, consultants that don't care or answer your emails, i am in deeper debt now than i was when i joined, the Bank wanted to come take my car back x2 because of non- payments , yet my debit order goes of, i made a arrangement with Zero Debt for a payment relief for 2 months in Covid due to income loss, they assured me all is in order legally, and next moment the bank is in my house to take my car back, i felt like a ********, they never approved it due to them never sending information they requested, then i did what Blanche simmers told me, go take your debt review premium and pay your car as you need your car, that left me in arrears with all the other payments, and wham bam, Zero Debt decided themselves to stop my debit order and again 2 months not paid, i lost my house as i could not pay rent to pay the arrears, and yet still i am in arrears and in deeper trouble due to them, i have send numerous emails, asking the proof of payments as a double debit order were taken to pay my car again, and asked numerous times for the ombudsman or a managers number and ...wow...it does not surprise me NO reply, im being ignored...i tried to cancel my Debt review, due to them not paying and the worst service ever, they told me i am not allowed according to law, i am sure if i can proof they are not abiding to their promises this can be done, what do i do i need help. i will never ever in my life recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy !!
