Absolutely disgusting attitude towards the consumer.

Absolutely disgusting attitude towards the consumer. My word. I am aware of the situation and to stress the advises to a client but the absolute blatant rudeness that is sent to their customers by administrative staff who firstly don't even send you what you are requesting. Absolute bull****!!! Its bad enough that we approach this company for help and they treat us like absolute ****!! I am already under enough pressure I do not need to deal with women whose nose sits in the air and thinks she is above everyone else!! I would like to lay a formal complaint and get her off my file entirely. Could someone advise how I would do this or will it be another rude women I will have to deal with. Considering someone had to DIE and I am struggling even more now , this company is less than empathetic and very impersonal. I will never suggest anyone to deal with this staff and will be looking into other options to move my file to a different company all together!!
